'Sousei no Aquarion: Myth of Emotions' Reveals Main Cast, Character Promo
The official website for the Sousei no Aquarion: Myth of Emotions television anime series revealed on Thursday the main cast, character promotional video, and a second key visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2025 on Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, BS Asahi, tvk, and other stations.

Sakko Ootori: Yumiri Hanamori (Jigokuraku)
Momohime Amaha: Azumi Waki (Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san)
Rimiya Tsukishiro: Makoto Koichi (Tensei shitara Dainana Ouji Datta node, Kimama ni Majutsu wo Kiwamemasu)
Toshi Hatano: Aki Toyosaki (Yuru Camp△)
Sayo Ichiki: Konomi Kohara (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen)
Kenji Itoso (Santa Company) helms the anime at Satelight. Sadayuki Murai (Sabikui Bisco) is handling tthe series composition and Masashi Kudou (Bleach) is designing the characters. Takashi Oomama (Kidou Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo) and Shuu Kanematsu (Hametsu no Oukoku) is composing the music.
The original mecha franchise, created by Shouji Kawamori and animation studio Satelight, began in 2005 with the 26-episode Sousei no Aquarion anime series. Aquarion Evol, the second installment, aired in 26 episodes in Winter 2012. The third and latest entry in the franchise, Aquarion Logos, premiered in Summer 2015. Funimation licensed all three series and streamed them with subtitles and English dubs.

Thought we'd seen the end of this franchise after Logos, but I did miss last year's announcement. Never was much of a fan of it though, and the overly childish character design for this instalment isn't getting my hopes up either.

this is garbage, kawamori fucked us again, never would I imagined he would troll us so hard but what I can expect from the guy who sold macross to fucking sunrise, this is an embarrassment to mecha.
