'Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Third Promo

The official website of the Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon (The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess) television anime unveiled additional cast, staff, the third promotional video, and a second key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime is scheduled to air on October 7 at 10:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by BS NTV.

Tatsuma Minamikawa (Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou) is helming the television anime at Project No.9. Keiichirou Oochi (5-toubun no Hanayome) is handling the series composition. Tomoyuki Shitaya (Shokugeki no Souma) is designing the characters. Gou Shiina (Kimetsu no Yaiba) is composing the music.

Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki no Monmon adapts Kotei Kobayashi's comedy fantasy light novel, which began publishing in GA Bunko in January 2020, featuring illustrations by Riichu. SB Creative shipped the 11th volume on May 15, with the 12th volume scheduled to be released on October 14.

Riichu began drawing a manga adaptation in Square Enix's Big Gangan magazine in December 2021. The second volume shipped on January 25.

Yen Press licensed the light novel in English in August 2021 and released the fourth volume on April 18. The fifth volume is scheduled for a September 19 release.

ofc they only put the girls on the cover to hide from people like me that 1/2 the characters (regardless of relevancy) are gonna be guys...

and to make this even worse.. i want to be extremely hype since the trailer only shows girls fighting other girls...
