'Shuumatsu Train Doko e Iku?' Unveils Main Staff, Cast, First Promo for 2024 Premiere

The Shuumatsu Train Doko e Iku? (Where Does the Apocalypse Train Go?) New Information Announcement program revealed the main cast, staff, first key visual (pictured), first promotional video, and introduction for the original television anime on Sunday. The anime is scheduled to air in 2024.

Introduction
A certain town in the suburbs.

This was not an ordinary countryside town that you could find anywhere. The residents were experiencing a strange phenomenon. But even so, Shizuru Chikura held a strong desire. She wanted to see her missing friends again!

Shizuru and her friends venture out into the world outside, taking an abandoned and motionless train, not knowing if they will make it back alive. What awaits them at the last stop of this running doomsday train?

Usually, EMT Squared anime are automatic skips for me but it's Mizushima so I might make an exception.

EMT usually produces anime with choppy animation, but anything directed by Mizushima is a must-watch for me.

Oh this sounds like it has some drama potential, maybe even some horror-ish stuff.
Can't tell a lot from the PV yet, but I'm intrigued and it's an Original so ++

EMT tends to put out some choppy looking anime, but I'll eat up anything directed by Mizushima.

Oh only cute girls just how I want it, and hopefully it has strong Yuri vibes. They are clinging on to each other in the PV and therefore I think they are all lesbians Hehehehehe

I will watch this if there are no males present. I only accept my cute little angels

I understand the intentions of the creators, but why from the outside does this look like another adaptation of a children's fantasy novel? Were they inspired by Do It Yourself?
