'Seiken Gakuin no Makentsukai' Announces Supporting Cast, Staff, Fall 2023 Airing
The Seiken Gakuin no Makentsukai (The Demon Sword Master of Excalibur Academy) stage at the MF Bunko J Summer School Festival 2023 event revealed supporting cast, staff, theme song artists, a second promo, and key visual (pictured) for the anime series on Sunday. Chiai Fujikawa (My Home Hero) is performing the opening theme "1000-nen Ai." The ending theme, "Yururi," is being performed by Kaho.
Hiroyuki Morita (Bokura no) is directing the anime at Passione. Takayuki Noguchi (Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru) is designing the character, with Yuuji Nomi (Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare) composing the music. Hisayoshi Hirasawa (Ishuzoku Reviewers) is credited as the sound director.
Shimizu began penning the light novel under the MF Bunko J imprint featuring illustrations by Asagi Toosaka (Girly Air Force) in May 2019, two months after concluding Seireitsukai no Blade Dance (Blade Dance of the Elementalers). Kadokawa published the 12th volume on March 25.
Monthly Shounen Ace began serializing a manga adaptation by Asuka Keigen in November 2019. The sixth volume shipped on March 25.

As a reader of the light novels this will at best be decent. It's not coming from amazing source material.
