That looks quite promising staff alright!
Have not seen Bocchi yet, but for a few clips I seen and lots of people talking about it, it had to have an exceptional director, stuff I seen was very interesting put together, character design is promising since that was the main reason I watched Takt Op for, had insanely good one, and this Madhouse huh?

I think we have an winner here, I want it to be one too, hopefully it is great stuff.

You are right in this, I agree.

also the Animation Producer of this show did One Punch Man they say so prepare to see more talented staff for this other than the core staff since Animation Producer is mostly responsible for gathering the staff of any anime

Thanks for this info. I appreciate it.

Also it is such a pleasure to enjoy the adaptation of amazing source work despite all generic series that get adaptations nowadays. I hope that more seinen and josei works get attention from producers soon and will be adapted into anime series too.

the sakuga community is so excited for this because of the awesome core staff

remember the staff list is more important than the studio name

Keiichirou Saitou gonna direct the AOTY two times in a row??? Fucking power move

Mar 8, 2023 9:20 AM by MakkuroKemuri

This is DEFENITELY going to be a banger and a late contender for AOTY given the fact of who the staff is.

Plus my podcast-mate is in LOVE with this manga and can't shut up about it so I have massively high expectations for this given what I've heard about it + its score here on MAL

Finally the adaptation of great work will be aired soon! And the staff is amazing! My favorite MADHOUSE studio! I am waiting with anticipation! Hope for 24-26 episodes, not less!

Don't cry mate, just because Sonny Boy is you favourite anime doesn't means it's a good anime.
Yes it does, only the best of the best anime end up in my favorites and that automatically means Sonny Boy is a masterpiece. But I get it, it’s not like someone who only likes edgy shonen stuff could understand

It's finally announced, and is indeed Fukushi and Saito working together. I'm glad he's returned to Madhouse, Sonny Boy #8 just hits different, extremely similar in tone and atmosphere as well. Let's see how this anime stacks up against Sonny Boy's 12/12 extremely talented SB artists.

Someone please spoil me a little, is this like super melancholic sad about human lifespan and how short it is kind of a story ?

Yes and no, it definitely does explore the meaning of life and legacy you leave behind, but the main subject of the story is Frieren (the main character) learning to value every passing moment. She already went on an adventure with her companions, but now that she outlived them all she learns that the memories she had of them in the short few years they were together, have changed her and impacted her more than anything.

So it’s about treasuring every moment you have and Frieren’s discovering how important a human connection is.
