'Watashi no Yuri wa Oshigoto desu!' Reveals Supporting Cast for Spring 2023

The official website of the Watashi no Yuri wa Oshigoto desu! (Yuri is My Job!) television anime revealed four supporting cast members on Friday. The anime is set to broadcast in Spring 2023.

Kanoko Mamiya: Minami Tanaka (Akiba Meido Sensou)
Sumika Chibana: Makoto Koichi (Lycoris Recoil)
Mai Koshiba: Yukari Tamura (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni)
Nene Nishidera: Asami Seto (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!)

Hijiri Sanpei (Joshikousei no Mudazukai) is directing the anime at Passione and Studio Lings. Taisuke Iwasaki (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou sub-character design) is handling the character design.

The anime series adapts Miman's girls love manga, which began serializing in the Comic Yuri Hime magazine in November 2016. Ichijinsha shipped the tenth volume on May 18, with the 11th volume scheduled for a November 17 release.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in July 2018. The ninth volume went on sale on July 26.

Was the original manga so moe-ish? It always seemed to me that despite the cartoonish character design, it never looked so CGDCT. However, given the past experience with this studio's all-female works, I should be more interested in whether fanservice will be added to the plot.
