'Engage Kiss' Unveils Supporting Cast, Second Promo, Ending Theme Artist

The official website of the Engage Kiss original television anime revealed six supporting casts, the ending theme, a second key visual (pictured above), and a second promotional video on Saturday. The anime series is scheduled to premiere on July 3 at 12:30 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by ABC TV and Me-Tele.

Akino Yuugiri: Akeno Watanabe (Boku no Hero Academia)
Miles Morgan: Kenichirou Matsuda (Vinland Saga)
Tetsuya Mikami: Yoshiaki Hasegawa (Hundred)
Shenhua Hachisuka: Aya Uchida (Trinity Seven)
Linhua Hachisuka: Saori Oonishi (Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san)
Mikhail Hachisuka: Ryouta Oosaka (Hataraku Maou-sama!)

Singer Akari Nanawo (Happy Sugar Life, Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita.) is performing the ending theme "Renai Nou," which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Tomoya Tanaka (Visual Prison) is helming the anime at A-1 Pictures. Fumiaki Maruto (Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata) is handling the series composition and script. Masaaki Takiyama (Fate/Extra: Last Encore) is designing the characters from Tsunako's (Date A Live) original character designs and Yoshiaki Fujisawa (Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo) is composing the music.

Oh, I get it. It's doing that strange semi-action, semi-romance thing to try and straddle the middle of anime viewership. Reminds me of what The Detective is Already Dead tried a year ago, and that was a disaster. I doubt this'll manage anything of note.

Oh look another role for Ucchi but as another supporting role sadly. Well, Lynn + Ucchi is enough reason for me to watch this anime once it airs.

i hope the animation quality stays more consistent unlike Takt Op Destiny (that is giving a similar vibe) but damn the sakuga so far are awesome
