Original Short Anime 'KJ File' Announced for Summer 2022

TV Tokyo announced an original short television anime titled KJ File on Friday. The station also opened an official website, revealing the main staff, cast, ending theme song, and a key visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere on TV Tokyo in July 2022.

The anime will feature kaijuu designs along with illustrations drawn in a retro Showa-era style. Each kaijuu's appearance will be introduced with a new theme song.

Synopsis
The story is set in a world where unique kaijuus suddenly begin to appear in various places around the world. Members of the United Nations Monster Observatory will explore a world where kaijuus with great powers and humankind live together.

Is Kobayashi such a common surname? I know 4-5 seiyuu with that name and none of them are related to the others.

Yes,there are about 1 million Kobayashi in japan(Japan's population is 125 million) and Kobayashi is the 9th most popular surname in Japan.

Kobayashi Kiyoshi is in this? I thought he retired since he stopped being the voice of Jigen Daisuke

Ooh, that's pretty good, we haven't had any Kaiju in a while. The description is strongly reminiscent of Shin Godzilla, and that was an excellent movie, so I'm certainly interested.
