'Thermae Romae Novae' Reveals Main Cast, Additional Staff, First Promo

Netflix Japan revealed on Wednesday the main cast, additional staff, first key visual (pictured) and first promotional video for the new anime adaptation of Mari Yamazaki's Thermae Romae manga. Thermae Romae Novae is scheduled to premiere on March 28 worldwide on Netflix.

Kenjirou Tsuda (Gokushufudou) is starring as Lucius Modestus.

Tetsuya Tatamitani (Africa no Salaryman) is helming the series at animation studio NAZ and Yuuichirou Momose (Magatsu Wahrheit: Zuerst) is penning the script.

Yamazaki serialized the historical comedy manga in Comic Beam from January 2008 until March 2013. Enterbrain published the manga in six volumes between November 2009 and June 2013. Yen Press licensed the manga in English in April 2012 and published it in two-in-one hardcover omnibuses from November 2012 to February 2014.

DLE produced a short television anime in collaboration with Gonzo which aired in Winter 2012.

It's so ridiculous to me that this series was/is popular lol the movie was a big hit in Japan. I've for some reason watched everything from this series so I guess I'll force myself through it a 4th time

So will it have anything extra content other than whats already shown in previous anime?
Edit - Mari Yamazaki seems to doing the Series Composition of this new anime, there seems to be extra original content written by her too. Hope this is proper length anime with complete ending (unlike previous Thermae Romae adaptation or Olympia Kyklos adaptation which were too short didnot had enough time for story to develop/progression)
