'Dance Dance Danseur' Reveals Lead Cast, Additional Staff, Teaser Promo

The official website of the Dance Dance Danseur television anime revealed the lead cast, additional staff, a second teaser visual (pictured), and teaser promo on Tuesday. The anime series adapting Asakura George's ballet drama manga will air on MBS, TBS, and 28 affiliate stations' Super Animeism programming block in April 2022.

Daiki Yamashita (Boku no Hero Academia, Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san) is starring as the protagonist Junpei Murao.

Munehisa Sakai (Zombieland Saga) is directing the anime at MAPPA, with Yoshimi Narita (Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi) in charge of the series composition. Hitomi Hasegawa (Kimi ni Todoke animation director) is designing the characters.

The manga has been serialized in Big Comic Spirits since September 2015. Shogakukan published the 22nd volume on December 28 last year.

Look amazing as expected from MAPPA.
