'Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Motokano datta' Unveils Main Cast, Staff, Teaser Promo

Entertainment company Happinet opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Kyousuke Kamishiro's Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Motokano datta (My Stepsister is My Ex-Girlfriend) light novel on Thursday, revealing the main cast, staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime series is scheduled to premiere in 2022.

Hiro Shimono (Kawaikereba Hentai demo Suki ni Natte Kuremasu ka?) and Rina Hidaka (Choujin Koukousei-tachi wa Isekai demo Yoyuu de Ikinuku you desu!) are starring as Mizuto Irido and Yume Irido, respectively.

Kamishiro began posting the romantic comedy novel, also known by its short title TsureKano, on the Kakuyomu website in August 2017. Kadokawa began printing the series through its Sneaker Bunko imprint the following December, featuring illustrations by TakayaKi (Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou). The seventh volume shipped on July 30. J-Novel Club licensed the light novel in English for a digital release in English on November 20.

Rei Kusakabe began drawing a manga adaptation under Niconico Seiga's Dra-Dra Sharp# web manga portal in May 2019. Kadokawa shipped the third volume on May 8. ComicWalker also posts the manga simultaneously.

After watching the PV a few more times, I kinda hope that they fool around and rekindle their relationship lol. Their dynamic is pretty entertaining and I think some steamy moments between them would be nice given the art and animation style here

Komi-san isn't exactly a rom-com. It isn't label as one and didn't start as one either. These past year(s) the mangaka has turned it into one, for better or worse.

Also by turning it into a somewhat rom-com, the mangaka had pushed aside the original intend of the manga (the main reason why many started reading it). Right now, the manga feels stale because of the lack of progress in both, the newly added romance aspect and Komi-san initial objective.

Somehow, it's because of these titles that "funny romance" shows are still alive.

This is controversial and if i wrong feel free to correct me but can we really consider step siblings to be incest like they are not blood related at all from what i am seeing atleast.
