'Dolls' Frontline' Announces Main Staff, First Promo, 2022 Premiere

The official website for the Dolls' Frontline (Girls' Frontline) television anime adaptation revealed the main staff, first key visual (pictured), and first promotional video on Friday. The anime was previously announced to premiere in 2021, and is now scheduled to air in 2022.

Character Design: Masaki Yamada (Deadman Wonderland)
Music: Takashi Watanabe (Manaria Friends)
Producer: Warner Bros. Japan
Studio: Asahi Production

yukaDD(;´∀`) is performing the opening theme "BAD CANDY," which is previewed in the PV.

Haruka Tomatsu (Sword Art Online) and Nozomi Yamane (Azur Lane) star as M4A1 and M16A1, respectively. Other previously announced main cast are Emiri Katou (Log Horizon) as ST AR-15 and Yukari Tamura (Akame ga Kill!) as M4 SOPMOD II.

MICA Team developed the Girls' Frontline mobile game and publisher Dark Winter released it in May 2016 in China on Android and iOS. Darkwinter Software released the game in English in May 2018, followed by Sunborn Network releasing it in Japan in August of the same year.

Android girls; the game is actually called girl's frontline, however in the Japanese it becomes "doll's frontline (ドルフロ). There is no doll quirks or stuff like that, I think.
