Limited Released of One Piece OVA Episode 0

According to Natalie, the prequel manga episode of One Piece will be animated. The DVD of the episode "zero" will not be commercially available, but 3,000 copies will be distributed to those who win a prize campaign in collaboration with House Foods.

House Foods (you have to purchase a special curry and apply for the prize.)

The manga episode will be published in Weekly Shonen Jump vol.53 to be released on November 30th.

It's not that hard to buy it online. I know a lot of people from outside Japan support the series by buying anything related to the series online. Like I said, the manga is worth to be in your collection.

2. whit all the export, tax´s and other stuff then it will become more then 5 times expansive then the original price, and not everybody has that kind of money + it must be subbed

well i support One Piece white my hole heart but my country does not have one piece and will never have it :( so i am living whit the online versions :(

Yeah, nobody at all except maybe the TEN THOUSAND myanimelist users who rated One Piece as 10/10 - they clearly support it.
