'Hataraku Saibou Black' Reveals Additional Cast, Second Promo

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Shigemitsu Harada and Issei Hatsuyoshiya's Hataraku Saibou Black (Cells at Work! Code Black) manga revealed additional cast, theme songs artists, second key visual (pictured), and second promotional video on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on January 10 at 12:00 a.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by MBS, TV Aichi, Hokkaido Broadcasting, RKB Mainichi Broadcasting, and AT-X.

Cast
Macrophage: Hekiru Shiina (Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei The Animation)
Kan Saibou: Sarah Emi Bridcutt (Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari)
Nou Saibou: Daisuke Hirakawa (Noblesse)

J-Rock band POLYSICS (Moyashimon) will perform the opening theme "Hashire! with Seiya Yamasaki (Kyuso Nekokami)." POLYSICS member Hiroyuki Hayashi is performing the ending theme "Ue o Mukaite Hakobou with Sekkekkyuu & Hakkekkyuu" with the lead cast Junya Enoki and Yoko Hikasa.

Hideyo Yamamoto (Strike the Blood) is directing the anime at LIDENFILMS, and Hayashi Mori (Layton Mystery Tanteisha: Katri no Nazotoki File) is penning the script. Eiji Abiko (Juushinki Pandora) is designing the characters, and Yuugo Kanno (JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 5: Ougon no Kaze) is composing the music.

Harada and Hatsuyoshiya began serializing the spin-off manga of Hataraku Saibou in Morning magazine in June 2018. Kodansha published the seventh volume on September 23. Kodansha Comics licensed the manga in English and published the sixth volume on October 13.

Cells at Work is one of my first few anime. I might rewatch season 1 for this.
