'Tenchi Souzou Design-bu' Reveals Additional Cast
The official website of the television anime adaptation of Tsuta Suzuki, Hebizou, and Tarako's Tenchi Souzou Design-bu (Heaven's Design Team) manga revealed supporting cast and a teaser promo on Wednesday. The anime series is set to premiere in 2021.Cast
Tsuchiya: Kazuhiko Inoue (Gintama': Enchousen)
Kimura: Yuichiro Umehara (Kabuki-bu!)
Mizushima: Junichi Suwabe (Barakamon)
Kanamori: Daisuke Kishio (Kamisama Hajimemashita)
Meido: Naomi Ozora (Gabriel DropOut)
Unabara: Ryouta Takeuchi (Mahoutsukai no Yome)
Higuchi: Asuna Tomari (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken)
Kenta: Hina Kino (Asobi Asobase)
Yokota: Ryota Osaka (Gatchaman Crowds)
Mushi-bu: Takahiro Mizushima (Charlotte)
Kami-sama: Naoki Tatsuta (Dragon Ball Super)
Junya Enoki (Kono Oto Tomare!) and Yumi Hara (Overlord) are starring as Shimoda and Ueda, respectively.
The television anime is being directed by Souichi Masui (Sakura Quest) at Asahi Production. Michiko Yokote (ReLIFE) is handling series composition, and Sachiko Oohashi (Somali to Mori no Kamisama sub-character design) is designing the characters.
