'Majo no Tabitabi' Reveals Second Promo, October 2020 Broadcast
The official website of the Majo no Tabitabi (Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina) anime series revealed the sixth key visual (pictured above) and a second promotional video on Friday. The television anime adaptation of Jougi Shiraishi's adventure fantasy light novel will premiere in October 2020.
Voice actress Yoko Hikasa (New Game!, Little Witch Academia) is joining the cast as Sheila. Kaede Hondo (Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara), Kana Hanazawa (Sora yori mo Tooi Basho), and Tomoyo Kurosawa (Hibike! Euphonium) are starring as Elaina, Fran, and Saya, respectively.
Anisong singer ChouCho (Masamune-kun no Revenge, Suisei no Gargantia) is performing the ending theme "Haiiro no Saga."
Toshiyuki Kubooka (Harukana Receive) is directing the series at animation studio C2C, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken, Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou) in charge of the series composition and script. Takeshi Oda (Harukana Receive, Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu chief animation director) is designing the characters.
Majo no Tabitabi originally debuted as an e-book on Amazon's Kindle service in 2014, but stalled in sales in the beginning. Shiraishi promptly advertised the series on 2channel's VIP bulletin board and successfully attracted a following. SB Creative began publishing the novel under its GA Novel label in April 2016, featuring illustrations by Azure. The 13th volume is scheduled to go on sale on July 15 (pictured right).
A manga adaptation by Itsuki Nanao has been serialized in Manga UP! web magazine since November 2018. Square Enix published the second volume on December 25 last year.
Yen Press and Square Enix licensed the light novel and manga in English last July, respectively. The second light novel volume shipped on June 23. The first manga volume was released digitally on May 12 and is planned for a physical release on July 14.

I did not read the manga, my friend translated it into Russian from Japanese at one time.
Forget what I said, then. You will develop a flower phobia in October, do look forward to it.
If there is any drama in this, then of course I will not refuse it.

I didn't say anything about "girly", but somehow it's still far from Kino with its subtle social or political metaphors.
Ah, so you are a manga reader. Apologies.

I would not say that it is a cute girly story, or something like that, to be perfectly honest with you. Wait for the flower lady episode, lol…

It's almost literally Kino's Journey in the fantasy version. The only difference is that Kino often had a mind screw and was a subtle satire on human relationships, and Majo is just a cute fantasy.

There seem to be a lot of witches in anime and manga recently. Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, just an observation(hope there isn't over saturation though)
