Second 'Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu' Anime Season Airs in April 2020

The official website of the Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Re:Zero -Starting Life in Another World-) anime series revealed on Tuesday that its second season will debut in April 2020.

The website also announced that an edited version of the first anime season will begin airing on January 1, 2020. The new edition will recompile the 25-episode season as one-hour episodes and contain new scenes. The edited version will air on AT-X at 10:30 p.m., followed by Tokyo MX, BS11, and Sun TV, among other stations. A key visual for the new edition was also revealed (pictured right).

Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu adapts Tappei Nagatsuki's adventure fantasy light novel, which premiered in Spring 2016. Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Memory Snow, the first original video animation, opened in theaters in Japan last October. Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Hyouketsu no Kizuna, which covers the prequel novel included with the first Blu-ray volume, screened in Japan on November 8.

Nagatsuki began penning the novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in April 2012. Kadokawa began publishing the series with illustrations by Shinichirou Ootsuka through its MF Bunko J imprint in January 2014. The 21st volume went on sale on September 25.

It seems the " Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Shin Henshuu-ban " is nowhere to be found on MyAnimeList, even though it's get 13 episodes so far?

Hmm and is the " Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu - Hyouketsu No Kizuna - Manner Movie " an error? I mean, there is a Manner movie/preview for the Menory Snow movie, but is it just me, who can't find one for Hyouketsu? And it should be on 3 hours it says :o

In season 1, Emilia doesn't have much screen time compared to blue-haired maid. While in season 2 she will take over most of the screen time. For me she's a good character more than blue-haired maid.

That's beyond ridiculous to rate the series 1/10.

And yeah, I know, Emilia had basically 0 screentime where she was even somewhat interesting tbh. S2 will help that a lot and make her a decent character for once.

Edited First Season!!?? the First one was Amazing just the ending made it sound like it's not Continous, I don't mind it at all matter of fact I'm excited about the new First Season Experience! and Yes I'm Rem team as you can see in my Favs but I don't hate Emilia, I love her too! Just not as much as I love my Kind Blue Maid ;).
