Kawada's Martial Arts Manga 'Hinomaruzumou' Ends
Kawada's Hinomaruzumou martial arts manga ended its five-year run in this year's 34th issue of Weekly Shounen Jump magazine on Monday. Shueisha will publish the 27th volume in October, followed by the 28th and final volume in December.
Kawada launched Hinomaruzumou in Weekly Shounen Jump in May 2014. The series currently has 26 volumes in print as of July 4. A side-story novel written by Atarou Kuma began publishing in February 2016. Shueisha shipped the novel's third volume last October.
A 24-episode television anime adaptation produced by Gonzo premiered in Fall 2018 and ended on March 29. Crunchyroll simulcast the show with subtitles, while Funimation streamed an English dubbed version.
Shueisha began publishing the manga in English simultaneously with the Japanese release on its Manga Plus platform earlier this January.

Hopefully it was loved by the magazine enough to have a proper ending instead of getting axed
Haven't read a single chapter or seen a single scene of the anime i just don't like when things get axed.

I hope an OVA or sequel is made to animate the rest of it.

It's impressive that this manga survived 5 years with it's same 30k of sales. Must have got a big fanbase in the magazine itself for that.
