TV Anime 'Kabukichou Sherlock' Announces Two Main Cast Members
The official website for the previously announced Kabukichou no Yatsu TV anime has revamped and announced official title as well as cast members. More cast members will be announced at a later time as there are seven more characters revealed. Titled Kabukichou Sherlock, the anime is slated for next year.Synopsis (extended)
Shinjuku ward east side... The center of the street with most chaos, There's a Kabukicho with full of neon lights. When the light is stronger, the shadow is deeper. Deep in the darkness that evil people hides, there's a light from a terrace that detectives gather. The terrace that Mrs. Hudson owns attracts various detectives of various personalities and weirdness: detective who is ambitious and cleanliness, female detective that charms man, even there is a middle-aged detective who was ex-police officer, unchain detective that expelled from Yakuza... among them the star detective is Sherlock Holmes, the smart detective who likes Rakugo. The night when bizarre murder of Jack the Ripper happens one night, the story begins. While the detectives fight each other to solve the case themselves, Sherlock, Watson, and Moriarty solve it together. Suspense? Or Comedy? Drama, that cannot be described, begins!
