Music by Hiroyuki Sawano… I'm in.

Maybe it'll be a tigheter story since it's a movie. One could hope.

Love how colourful and stylish it is and Sawano is doing the music! Really looking forward to it.

Though I'm bit dissapointed it's a movie instead of a TV series, because now I'll have to wait additional ~6 months after release for BDs to come out for a chance to watch it.

Awwww it's going to be a movie? Well, at least it's going to look gorgeous.

I hope it'll come to theaters State-side. That should be loads of fun to watch on the big screen.

Looks like a sequel to gurren lagann. It's just my imagination but still, it looks cool.

What is this, Burning Rangers?

Trigger x Sawano hype!

If this will be a movie then I'm fine with that. Though the CG is kind of alright. I don't mind this to be fair.

looks like full cel-shaded 3DCG like the earlier poster have shown too but damn the thin lines of it looks great

There's still hand-drawn animation there.

ye the human characters are 2D drawn, i notice it when i pause on some scenes

I have been deceived by CGI in PV, no more. I know Imaishi done it well in Kill la Kill, but a bit of caution harms nobody.

actually the cgi didnt bother me in this PV, I´ll need a longer PV but at first sight it looks like good cgi.

Good. Be cautious about any CGI in any anime. The true quality of its implementation only shows when we see the final product. Trust me, I just got deceived by Gridman's PVs.

Looking cool there, Kamina.

Heavy use of CGI is dissapointing though.

Still kinda disappointed it's going to be a movie instead of a TV series.

Different staff, Franxx shouldn't matter that much

I know, but it left the scars you must understand.

It's all in the past now, have faith in Papa Imaishi
