'Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch' Announces New Cast Members

The official website for the upcoming Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch movie has released a trailer and announced new cast members. The movie will premiere in Japanese theaters on February 9, 2019.

Chariot: Ayumu Murase (Muhyo to Rouji no Mahouritsu Soudan Jimusho)
Chestar: Nobunaga Shimazaki (Black Clover)
Bidol: Wataru Takagi (JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Diamond wa Kudakenai)

Blu-ray of third compilation movie ranked top of the weekly ranking for the first week and sold 12,056 copies.

I think my theory is that they will revive lelouch using shirley as a sacrifice, since she was alive in the last movie & nothing happened to her and some said that she got geas somehow (idk how) so it might be true its either that she will sacrifice herself since she loves him or CC will do that to her (hence the photo cc's shadow is lelouch and has blood around her) she said she will do anything to have lelouch back or lelouch will be back alive using his own geas IDK. But cant wait i hope he is really going to be back i dont want to feel disappointed of having suzaku to continue being zero or them failing to ressurect him.

To my knowledge the the most common fan theory is that Lelouch became immortal during all that world of C stuff. However, considering how world of C was the worst part of the show and totally nonsensical, that's actually a good question. To a casual fan who doesn't know about the theories it must sound like a pretty ridiculous deus-ex-machina, so I'm curious on how they'll handle it.

I'd totally be up for it just being Suzaku in a Zero cosplay again. At least that would make some fraction of common sense.

I really wonder what plot device will be used to continue this story. Lelouch practically solved everything

Also, the visuals look stunning. Really glad to see that they haven't toned down the mecha and the blood.

Rolo has gone full psychotic emo from the looks of this (at least that guy looks like Rolo).

Looks like the Gundam-style mecha will be the main antagonist for this movie. Actually, we will never truly know who the antagonist is in Code Geass.

I have really high hopes for this.

Also, did anyone notice the "Cafe Zero" at 0:03? Subtle but interesting addition.

At 0:11, the people being surrounded by what appears to Chinese or Middle-Eastern Federation mechas are Nunally and most likely her bodyguards. And just after, we can see Shinkirou (probably piloted by Suzaku) speeding towards Nunally to save her.
