More Cast Members Announced for New TV Anime Series of 'Captain Tsubasa'

More cast members have been announced for the upcoming newer version of Captain Tsubasa TV anime. The anime will broadcast on Tuesdays at 1:35 a.m. via TV Tokyo, followed by TV Osaka, TV Aichi, TV Setouchi, TV Hokkaido, and BS Japan starting April 3.

Cast
Hanji Urabe: Miho Hino (Chihayafuru)
Yuuzou Morizaki: Tasuku Hatanaka (Basilisk: Ouka Ninpouchou)
Tatsuo Mitsumi: Tomomichi Nishimura (Time Bokan: Gyakushuu no San Akunin)
Kouda Oozora: Masaki Terasoma (Sora yori mo Tooi Basho)
Natsuko Oozora: Rina Satou (Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru)

The anime will have a stage at AnimeJapan 2018 on March 24. Yuuko Sanpei (Tsubasa Oozora), Kenichi Suzumura (Genzou Wakabayashi), Ayaka Fukuhara (Tarou Misaki), and Katsuyuki Konishi (Roberto Hongou) will attend the talk show.

New Original Anime supervised by the mangaka himself will be aired on November 3 of 27 hour TV show via Fuji TV (November 2 to 3) as the mangaka will be appearing to discuss about the sport.

It seems like Junior High arc BD & DVD includes original first ED sung by Tsubasa (first vol) and Hyuga guy (second vol). "Fuyu no Lion".

Honestly, when someone mentioned Captain Tsubasa, that guy always pop up to my mind.

Is there some big nostalgia in Japan for Tsubasa that they are aiming for the older fans?
You'd think they'd try to aim for today's kids and try to compete with other sports shows.
