Netflix Anime 'Sword Gai: The Animation' Announces More Cast Members

An additional set of cast members have been announced for the upcoming Sword Gai: The Animation anime. A PV featuring the opening theme song has also been revealed. The series will be available worldwide via Netflix on March 23.

Tatsumi: Kenji Hamada (Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens)
Mina Hiratani: Yuu Shimamura (the Bungou Stray Dogs series)
Kigetsu: Masaharu Satou (Dragon Ball Super)
Kazuma Matoba: Takaya Hashi (Naruto Shippuden)
Kei: Sumi Shimamoto (Gintama)
Hakimu: Kousuke Toriumi (Dies Irae)
Midoriko: Ayane Sakura (the Boku no Hero Academia series)
Yasuko Tanaka: Urara Takano (Hunter x Hunter)
Issei Ariga: Kouhei Murakami (Paboo & Mojies)
Aronis: Michiko Neya (Eureka Seven)

Sword Gai: The Animation will host a special stage via Netflix Anime Festival! Special Stage at AnimeJapan 2018 on March 24. Yuuto Uemura (Gai Ogata) and Yuuichirou Umemura (Seiya Ichijou) will attend the stage for a talk show and announce more information regarding the anime.

You wrote Ichijou Seiya's VA incorrectly, it's Umehara Yuuichirou.

So is this another Garo-type of anime? That tokusatsu thing? Though this one seems a bit less polished. The PV was not good, especially the colour palette. I think they wanted it to look dark & menacing, but it's more of lacking brightness & monotone.
