It was announced via its official program PasuMemo Channel that the cellphone game Pastel Memories will get a TV anime.
The story takes place in a future Akihabara where otaku culture has declined. Players play as a shopkeeper of an otaku shop. Together with the heroines who are in fact otaku girls, the shopkeeper start helping people claim their lost otaku memories back. (Source: QooApp)
Pastel Memories is an RPG app game that was released on October 23, 2017. It reached 250,000 pre-registrations before it launched. There will be two AnimeJapan 2018 stages held to announce more information regarding the adaptation. Hiyori Nitta (Izumi Asagi), Chitose Morinaga (Nejire Usagi) and Kajita Mafia, who are the hosts of the PasuMemo Channel, will appear at the Furyu booth on March 24 and another stage on March 25.
