No, from the synopsis, the MC is male, formerly high schooler in japan, and has a "cheat" ability in that new world. There are several girls mentionned in the synopsis, the "crimson flame princess", the young girl mage their group saved, and one of his initial group of monster hunter is a girl too. It's an isekai, with what seems to be a common action fantasy adventure.

If you want female protagonists in an isekai fantasy and don't mind

-almost no action : try honzuki no gekokujou. This one is very good. MC is initially a young adult woman in our world, who just finished her studies to become a librarian. She dies in an earthquake. She loved reading more than anything else (in fact, she's more into reading than any other bookworm character I've ever seen, she's completely nuts when it comes to books) but get reincarnated as a very weak young girl who can almost not leave her bed at first due to heavy sickness that no one know how to heal (and even when she can walk just a bit of effort is enough to make her having a fever for several days) in a medieval world where printing books is still not a thing and paper made of wood not discovered either, so books are very pricey as they're written with very costly ink, very costly paper, and takes a lot of time to write since no printing technology. Her family is a loving family but very poor, one entire month of salary of her father would be just enough to buy a bottle of ink or something like that, so buying even a single book is completely impossible. Story is her finding her way to realize her wish, to be surrounded by books again, even if she has to revolutionize everything around to achieve it.

-the fact it was a male adult reincarnated in that girl (but with no sexual innuendo at all from start to finish) : try Youjo Senki. Novels are quite amazing. This one is a war story, with magic blended with 1925 technology, very military heavy and lots of deep self reflection from the main character.

-a more classical fantasy but with also politics : try the 12 kingdoms (juuni kokuki).

-fantasy but including mechas : try excaflowne.

A japanese high schooler (who was ordinary except for the fact that he was raised by a chuuni grandfather lol) after the death of his grandfather get sucked in a strange light to reappear in another, fantasy, world. He forms a party, hunting giant monsters, and meet several peoples, etc etc.

This "World Order" is this like isekai but with female MC ? or it is male MC reincarnated into a girl.. honestly the second choice wouldn't surprise me.
