Web Manga 'Uchuu Senkan Tiramisù' Receives TV Anime Adaptation

An official website has opened for an anime adaptation of Satoshi Miyagawa and Kei Itou's Uchuu Senkan Tiramisù (Space Battle Ship Tiramisù) on Thursday. Produced by studio Gonzo, the anime is scheduled to premiere in 2018.

Synopsis
The human race extended its life field and greed to the vast reaches of space... In Space Era 0156, a war breaks out amidst all of the colonies in space. Earth begins to construct a new space battleship called Tiramisu in secret. Just as the war begins, one genius pilot steers the Tiramisu as a beacon of hope for humanity. (Source: MU)

The comedy sci-fi manga has been serialized online via Shinchosa's Kurage Bunch since October 2015. The series currently has three compiled volumes in print, with the fourth volume slated for release on September 4.

That illustration looks nice, & I am liking the mech design. It would be nice if the anime looks as nice. And Gonzo are not bad at animating things, some of their works even look really good.

Some web manga anime adaptation had done well in past. So I hoping for another chance that this time it will go good. Also hoping Gonzo actually adaptating a good piece of work to begin with.

EDIT: Synosis sounds little great but not so great. Let's wait and see how it Gonzo delivers!

Well recently Gonzo has been on a consistent role for me, so I'll be looking into this.

Oh yeah also, I'll keep an eye for further info and see if there's anymore staff announcements.
