TV Anime 'Violet Evergarden' to Premiere in Winter 2018

An official website was launched for Kyoto Animation's anime adaptation of the light novel Violet Evergarden, revealing staff members along with a promotional video and a key visual. Yui Ishikawa (Shingeki no Kyojin) will cast as Violet. The anime is scheduled to broadcast in Winter 2018. The first two episodes will be pre-screened at Kyoto Animation & Do Fan Kansha Event on October 21, and a world premiere will take place at Anime Expo on July 2.

It won't. It's unsustainable.
I think it is just to promote the novels.

However, reading the novel I know they will do an amazing job with the visuals, backgrounds and stuff.
I mean, it won't be like the pv, but it still will be one of the best animations ever. Thats what I believe.

Eh, I'm not keeping my hopes too high. Sure, the technical stuff is definitely gonna be top-notch, but I'm worried whether it won't be unfunny or just dull like some other of KyoAni's LN adaptations @_@... Time will tell.

Seems kinda late, but it's still something. I am so hyped for this. They got really good staff picks, and even Ishikawa Yui as Violet sounds like a really good experience. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

The soundtrack already seems amazing. The animation from the CM's was amazing as well. Now the only thing worrying me is my hatred towards episodic things. Either way looking forward to it just for the Animation and Music alone.
