3DCG Movie Trilogy 'Cyborg 009: Call of Justice' Announced

The official website of Cyborg 009 has announced a new original 3DCG movie trilogy titled Cyborg 009: Call of Justice. The first movie will screen in Japanese theaters on November 25, followed by the second movie on December 2, and the third and final movie on December 9 for two weeks, consecutively. A teaser trailer was also released featuring the staff and 3DCG footage of the movie.

Synopsis
"Blessed" are people who obtain skills that surpass normal people's knowledge. Hidden for a long time since long past, they start to act restlessly and fatally again. What are they aiming for? The darkness of war starts to cover up the world. Journalist Lucy Dabenboard, one of the few who knows the existence of the "Blessed," visited a house in Texas, USA. She saw 00 cyborgs including Joe Shimamura who is called 009. Due to the existence of overcoming nuclear weapons from the remake surgery, they saved people from danger since the Cold War. Since the establishment of the Guardiance, Cyborgs left their mission and are finally able to live a peaceful life. Lucy's visit and Blessed's threat leads them to war again. Can't people forget war? Where will people's future go?

Man this is some good cgi. I'm suprised how many new anime fans dislike cgi. This is the era they are going to grow up in. Get used to it.

CAN THEY STOP GIVING KAMIYAMA KENJI MOVIES TO DIRECT ALREADY. GAWD.

Despite being my favorite director, he's garbage at movies. Give him a 2 cour TV series. D;

Sigh. Well at least music and everything should be swell since Kamiyama-san is overseeing everything. I don't care much for the franchise, but maybe this can spark my interest.

Look like hoping for new 009 TV series is still a dream but this news is good for me. Yeah I still don't like full cheap CGI Anime thanks to Berserk 2016, but if the quality same as Karen Senki is okay.
