'Sakamoto desu ga?' Episode 13 to be Screened During Special Event in September

It was announced that the thirteenth episode of Sakamoto desu ga? will be screened at a special event to be held on September 10, 2016, titled Sakamoto desu ga? Special Event ~Event Sae mo Stylish ni~. The unaired episode will also be included in fifth BD and DVD volume, which will be released on October 26, 2016.

Synopsis
Few months after Sakamoto has left the high school. Everyone feels lonely even though they are living their everyday life. Kana-chan suddenly came to notify them about Sakamoto on the morning news, again...!!!

Sakamoto desu ga? originally had 13 episodes to broadcast on TV between April to June 2016. However, it was announced that the thirteenth episode will not be broadcast on TV due to the Kumamoto earthquake news coverage in April which caused the episodes to be delayed by one week since the second episode.

So is this episode gonna be anime original, or maybe set some time before Sakamoto leaves?

Unless there's a chapter or two more of the manga they're adapting- I haven't read the manga but it didn't seem like there was anything afterwards. Ah well, more Swagamoto can't be a bad thing XD

Ooh interesting, I guess this is anime original then? Or was there a chapter like this in the manga?
