'Momokuri' ONA to Broadcast on TV

The official website of comico has announced that the previous ONA adaptation of Kurose's romantic-comedy manga Momokuri will be broadcast on television. Each television episode will consist of two 12-minute episodes from the ONA adaptation, which were released between December 24, 2015, and February 4, 2016. The series will premiere on July 1 on Tokyo MX at 10:30 p.m. and July 2 on BS11 at 12:30 a.m. Theme songs for the television broadcast have also been announced, as well as the August 26, 2016, release date for the Blu-ray and DVD box of the ONA series.

Opening Theme: "Daisuki dayo Daisuki dayo Umaretekite Arigatou" by Yuki Kurihara (Ai Kakuma) & Shinya Momotsuki (Nobuhiko Okamoto)
Ending Theme: "ETERNAL Explorer" by Mia REGINA

i was hoping the ONA would be completely subbed before starting the tv version

guess i'll just watch it then, since i can't find ep 12-26 of the ONA not even find the raws :(

Edit: i can't help but think that there are minor differences, i kinda hope that the rest of the ONA is also subbed

Please, put Momokuri (TV) how an anime, and not how an ONA, because it's very stressful!!!

There was used to be one (I'm the one who submitted it, btw), but a mod thought it is not needed because it's just same thing (two eps. airing as one ep.) that it's not there anymore.

Why does this not have a different page for itself on MAL, though? If its a re-edited version of the ONA then there should be a page for itself and it can be differentiated as an "Alternative version" of the ONA series.

So I guess there's a better chance of this being subbed than the ONA version. It will probably be in 720p instead of the ONA's 360p, so that will be nice. I might watch it.

I wonder if CR going stream it now since they already got the manga of this on it, would be really great if they do cuz then we would finnaly get some quality video and subs :)

Oh nice, i remember starting watching it and i just stopped after a bunch of episodes because it was too long for the subs + the shitty quality.

No point waiting for it, then.

The quality of the ONAs isn't that great, waiting for the TV version for HD quality is definitely worth it.

I wonder how much money they managed to make selling the ONAs, hopefully in the future they look into better ways to sell them that give higher quality versions.
