Web Manga 'Kiitarou Shounen no Youkai Enikki' Gets TV Anime Adaptation

The official website of Reiichi Kageyama's supernatural manga Kiitarou Shounen no Youkai Enikki has announced that it will get an anime adaptation to be produced by Creators in Pack.

Kiitarou Shounen no Youkai Enikki is a web manga which began publishing in October 2008. Micro Magazine Comics released the series as physical manga in 2011, and it is currently has seven compiled volumes in print.

Synopsis
This is the visual diary of Kiitarou's experience with youkai. He's a boy with a very strong spirit sense, but when he entered a forbidden storehouse, he was kicked out of his home. He soon found a new place to live, where he met a zashiki warashi (house spirit) named Suzu. He and Suzu soon began to attract all kinds of spirit creatures, starting with a nurikabe (appears as a wall that impedes travelers) and mokumokuren (appears as eyes in a torn paper wall). would watch.. i am sucker for this kind of shows (supranatural youkai)... i don't mind if it goes supranatural , or comedy , or slice of life, or even action as long as it's good... more is alwasy welcomed...

concept isn't the most original thing ever but oh my god that cover looks so cute, and I love youkai stuff, definitely watching this. oh and the main character's design is pretty similar to Ararararagi's too.
