VA Tange Sakura Returns to TV Anime

The cast of the new TV anime "Anyamal Tantei Kirumin Zoo" was announced on September 1st. Seiyuu Tange Sakura will play Hatori Kanon.
She announced her retirement from seiyuu business in April 2000. She had occasionally worked as a seiyuu for drama CDs and games but never played in TV anime for ten years.

That's wonderful news. :] She was great as Kinomoto Sakura from CCS. It's great to see her and Kumai Motoko (Syaoran) returning to the seiyuu world.

It's great to hear shes back. Now I just need to figure out what the hell this anime is about, most of their site is under construction. (plan to watch it anyway)

Oh wow, awesome news. I loved her as Sakura and always wondered why she quit so abruptly. Good tos see she's back at it. I'm definitely gonna check out this anime just cus she's in it! ^_______^

Haven't watched any anime that she had a role in, but It's good for her and her fans. If she's going to participate in any interesting anime in the future I'll check it out for sure!

you don't normally quit your job when you have debts to pay.

All I know is she quit because of financial trouble.

Contrary to popular belief, many seiyuu don't support themselves on just seiyuu work.
