Such a disappointing list, completely abysmal. It really is a shame that this is the majority of manga sold in here in America.

These weekly charts show a lot of pitiable points for 'murican weebs; keep it up.

OPM manga is reasonable.

It's literally the same list as last week

These sales add nothing to the overall totals. Can we get a best selling list for France instead?
^I totally agree with this.

Manga is immensly popular in France – in fact, it represents half of the manga market in Europe

We should have a best selling list for NY and one for France

Kizumonogatari didn't chart...

Looks like we're not gonna get the rest of the series localized if it couldn't even beat out volumes which came out months ago.
For what it's worth, it's release didn't get the full week and it seems that the first batch wasn't that large since there are people still waiting for their copies..

I would think the order itself would add to the chart ranking, not whether the copies were actually delivered.

my boy Kaneki making money up in this bitch!

quite the domination by 3 there. Could probably have the top 10 monopolised in the future.

TG's manga is that good? man... Ididn't enjoy the anime at all..expecialy S2 ;_;

My opinion is..yes. Yes, it is that good. The anime completely butchered the series. Season 1 was adapted all right (still not that well.) . Season 2 wasn't even adapted from the manga. It was mostly anime original and not even the work of the author himself. Well, parts of it but most of the author's work was cut off from season 2.

I wonder if AoT's special edition is separated from the regular one?

i'd like to ask for figures as simply seeing these titles mean nothing at all.

The numbers would be pretty disappointing. US manga sales usually aren't even on par with unpopular manga sales in Japan...

I personally love the shit out of it, though I can see why some people don't like it...also the first 3-4 volumes of the story is a bit slow, at the very least I think it's worth a try :)

Because S2 was mostly anime original.

Thanks for dropping by and leaving a comment. Surely you care about this weekly chart!

I do care and strongly have a fascination about what's trendy in the Western world. I just want to see more diversification when it comes to these news articles.

You won't get them. Publishers don't like to share numbers.

Imagine hollywood hiring a bunch of unexperience kids to make a star wars or lord of the ring movie. What you get in the end is a school project film. Low budget shitfest. That's how studio perriot handled Tokyo ghoul. That's why everyone crave for a remake.
