Oh cool, this gets to be an additional feature like how GRAVESTONE OF JIGEN was with the FUJIKO MINE series.

This should be interesting. And is this a new Count of Cagliostro, or could the old one from the film be returning?

Subbed by who? I can't find a single sub episode beyond the first 4 that were done.

Look for "itali/a/non" or "JIGGYSUB" on Nyaa.
Thanks!!!

There are already 13 subbed episodes and it's seems that itali/a/non is going to release the episodes 14-20 soon. I wouldn't call this dead.

Was it the length of a usual Lupin III special?

im not familiar with the usual length of the special

but Rebecca was kidnapped by those special agents because of the Italian Dream so i think this must be it, and that is like 2 episodes or 40+ minutes total

Nope you guys, this is a new production. There's also zero news of this getting to Italy any time soon, so unless Crunchyroll gets this (maybe there's no international rights shenanigans for the special) I wouldn't expect subs quickly.

I already watched both the series and the specials, but I can't put them on the completed list because the series is still airing in Japan. That's quite annoying tbh.

Is this a new announcement? I can't tell if this is one of four things:

1. A movie summarizing a chunk of the new anime, like the Haikyuu movie did.

2. A supplementary film in the same storyline, like Jigen's Tombstone was to The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, being released as the yearly special.

3. A misunderstanding and this is about more episodes coming out in Japan. I know they're a dozen episodes or so behind the Italian dub.

4. ??? Dad?

i don't fucking get it is there only italian dub???
is it originally recorded in italian or is there some illuminati shit going on and they're keeping the original japanese dub

Lupin III specials are usually an hour and forty-something minutes so that's kinda lame.
