Cast and Staff of Romance Comedy Series 'Momokuri' Announced

NHN PlayArt has opened an official website for the upcoming anime series Momokuri, adapted from manga currently published on its comico manga reading application. According to a notice on the website, Momokuri will be streamed through the comico application later this year.

A new key visual (pictured) and preview video were also revealed along with the full cast and staff for the series. Comico will showcase character designs from Momokuri and the upcoming anime adaptation of ReLIFE at Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair 2015 on September 19 and 20.

Momokuri, a romance comedy written and illustrated by Kurose, is one of five manga series published on comico that was previously announced by NHN PlayArt to receive an anime adaptation. The first manga volume will be released on September 12 by Earth Star Entertainment.

Not very shaded/ graded art, comes across as flat.
Not sure if it's unappealing though, guess I'll see during 3-ep rule.

Wait, so she actually takes a photo of him right where he can see her? Great job, you're totally not opening yourself up to a lawsuit or something. But I can totally see the restraining order you're gonna get.

Honestly, I'm probably going to give this one a miss. It'll probably be a great anime for those who love cutesy little stalkers falling in love, but not for me.

Look at all the views already, and all the comments are pretty much exclusively Japanese. It seems to have quite the following there. Why, I don't know why. Looks painfully generic.
Then again, the Japanese aren't necessarily known for their good taste in anime.

I hate it when anime voice actors contort their voices to sound as "cute" as possible.

Her helium-voice will give me a headache. Nobody sounds like that.

Surprise yuri inc? Doubt it though.

They just made a kind of pun: the kanji for love (恋) and the kanji for weird (変) are similar, and she probably means something like if her love is weird because she stalks her own boyfriend.

The animation looks kinda weird and this is not the kind of stuff I would usually watch but I guess I'll give it a chance...

Ugh. Not a fan of the girly character designs. Like, make the males look like actual boys please. Stop trying to satisfy the horny otakus who are also trap fans when the rest of the cast will have underaged girls.
