Nana's song is amazing, I loved it. I'm happy for durarara, it's OP is quite good. I also liked it's ending. And arslan senki ed by kalafina, it's great ≧▽≦

^ I don't think you can say for sure that the anime hasn't influenced the sales of the discs. If the song fits well with the series and people like it, they would still buy it.

Good to see One Piece topping the list. Hard Knock Days is meh to me though, but many people seem to like it.

I saw My First Story, for a second there I thought Nobunaga Concerto's ED ranked. That was such a good ED, shame I don't remember how many disc it sold.

In most cases, it is due to the artist rather than the anime for CD sales, unless the artist is closely tied with the anime (such as Muse for LL or ST☆RISH for UtaPri, etc).

Take a look at the last 5 ONE PIECE OP singles. Mainstream artist = high sales. Non-mainstream = lower sales. ONE PIECE has little or no influence on whether the singles sold well or not. If AKB48 or Nogizaka46 were to do the OP for ONE PIECE, it'd sell much higher than this, but not because of ONE PIECE, but because AKB48 or Nogizaka46 actually sang it. It's as simple as that.

I like the OP of Durarara! I wish it could sell more.
Kekkai Senen ED is still in, but it doesn't looks like it will reach 100k near time soon.

There's nothing so far in the singles category for 2015 that have done better than LL besides the big mainstream artists of AKB48, Nogizaka46, Arashi, NMB48, Kis-My-Ft2, Sandaime J Soul Brothers from EXILE TRIBE, SKE48, HKT48, Kanjani∞, BUMP OF CHICKEN, KAT-TUN, B'z, SMAP, Hey! Say! JUMP, Tohoshinki, NEWS, JYJ, Kamen Joshi, NEWS and SHINee.

SHINee is currently the lowest out of that mainstream artist list above at 134,391... so that shows just how much LL has sold, with Angelic Angel at 126,662 after 7 weeks of sales, with the other 2 singles not far behind at 6 weeks and 5 weeks of sales respectively. This is why it is the best selling 2015 Anime-related single (BUMP OF CHICKEN would be #1 if mainstream artists were included).

In the album department, it's the same deal, with the LL Best Album collection II with 129,874 for 2015, with all mainstream artists above it. It is the highest selling anime-related album of 2015 (whether you include mainstream artists or not).

The Love Live Soundtrack is going to sell more than most actual singles and vocal albums isn't it? In 2015 is there really anything that can compete with Love Live music wise in the anime scene besides getting the most mainstream of mainstream bands like V6 or something to come in and do a song for an anime. Internally and strictly within the anime people for anime scene it seems unassailable.

Anyway Saori Hayami seems to have a respectable debut. Being in the same territory this week as long established acts like Mizuki and Kalafina is probably more than anybody could have hoped for.
