'Aquarion' 3rd TV Anime and Special OVA Announced for Summer 2015

It was announced during AnimeJapan 2015 that the Aquarion franchise will be receiving a third series, Aquarion Logos, and a special OVA to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the series. The OVA will be a crossover of the first two Aquarion series, Sousei no Aquarion and Aquarion Evol, aptly titled Sousei no Aquarion Evol. Both anime will premiere in Summer 2015.

Aquarion Logos Synopsis
In a world where social networks have greatly expanded in society, we use words that don't mean anything to us. However, in the world of Logos, these words have caused irregular incidents that affect the real world. The Sousei (Voice of Creation) group and Akira Kaibuki face the danger of the world while trying to solve the meaning of these words. What will be the newfound power if these words meet Aquarion? The new age that has reached 10 years of coexisting with robots is starting!

Sousei no Aquarion Evol will be premiered at the Aquarion 10th Anniversary event on June 28, 2015. The Blu-ray box for Aquarion Evol is set to release on June 24, 2015.

Here's hoping this installment is as good as Evol. would have liked to see akino w bless4 for the op and yoko Kanno for ost... But hope the music is good...

Same, though I did read about the first series when I realized that I was watching a sequel and was like what's everyone talking about? But yeah, seeing Hamatora (and Psycho Pass 2) script writer up there...NOPE. Well I'll still watch a few episodes just cuz I'm curious.

Yeah I tried to get into this series, just didn't really click with me. Something about the characters having orgasms with their mobile suits kinda threw me off.

Sousei no Aquarion is still the best for me but I will check it in case it's not as cheap as Evol... even if after watching the PV I find the CD not really appealing.
