Zero no Tsukaima 3rd Season Announced
The first season aired in Japan in 2006 and the second season, Zero no Tsukaima ~Futatsuki no Kishi~, wrapped up this past September. The licence to the first season is held by Geneon, but with their recent pull out of anime distribution, it is still up in the air whether Zero no Tsukaima will ever touch down in North America.
There is no date set on a release yet, but I'd expect a similar summer release as the second series.

Of course I didn't want him to die, but the irony would have been wonderful.
A guy who doesn't like war, and didn't want anything to do with it gave up his life to protect the ungrateful girl that he loved. I think I would have shed a tear or two.
Instead we get some kind of miracle fairy and the bratty Louise goes atomic on Saito again! *rolls eyes* I hope that season 3 is written better.
There was a bit too much of Agnes dominating the plot of season 2... and although it was nice that she finally found out the truth of what happened to her village, I didn't really see her develop as a character. She was still bitter and wanted to kill the guy who just ate a fireball to save her life!! The only thing that stopped her is that he died before she got the chance!
It would be funny if the 'rumor' of Agnes liking girls develops. But she seems to repressed to show her love outwardly for anyone. The only one that is more repressed and dishonest about her feelings is Louise!! I was really surprised she agreed to wear that silly catgirl outfit. Seems like pointless fanservice to me. Anyways, here's to a better season 3! When does the first episode air??

meh..
NO for the same tsundere jokes.
NO for more BAKA INU
If there's any more baka inu, I think I might just set something on fire.
I would like a School Rumble 3rd season instead of a Zero no Tsukaima tbh.

But it looks like there is no story to be continued.
I just miss Saito and louise about their funny act in the series.

It will be out not too long after Shakugan no Shana season 2 is completed seeing as they use the same voice actors for both series.

SO happy to hear about this. Hopefully they will go back to the way the show was in the first season. Although I didn't hate the second season, but show definitely went downhill.

two season is enough I think...
The first season was enjoyable to watch, the second season was ok (actually, the last episode was the only good episode...) but a third season, it's too much!
