'Witch Craft Works' to Include Unaired OVA [Update 7/7]

A recent blog revealed that the seventh manga volume of Witch Craft Works will bundle a DVD on July 7, 2014.

The OVA will be 25 minutes long.

According Afternoon magazine, the OVA has been delayed. It will be bundled in volume 8 instead of volume 7. The new release date will be announced soon.

Oh this is awesome news! Witch Craft Works was awesome and I heard it didn't even adapt the "good" parts of the manga yet as well! Can't wait to see more.

Better than cancelling it, I guess.
They should make it longer too while they're at it :)

Depends on how much first season covers. The manga must be selling pretty good if the anime is already not far behind it???

I've been wondering about this as well. Where will the anime end? I haven't read the manga yet but from what I've heard in various places the "best" stopping point would be around chapter 27 or 28 since a major arc stops there, but that's a lot to cover in one season of anime. For comparison episode 4 covered only chapter 7.

The latest chapter to be released is chapter 31 (32 will come out in about a week or so), so that's not much material left if the anime does stop at 28.
