New Original TV Anime Series 'Sekai Seifuku ~Bouryaku no Zvezda~' Announced

An announcement was made that a new original TV anime series names "Sekai Seifuku ~Bouryaku no Zvezda~ (World Conquest ~Zvezda of Intrigue~)" is in the works and will be created by A-1 Pictures. This announcement comes from the series' newly launched official site.

The series will be directed by Okamura Tensai, best known as the director of the "Darker than Black" series.

Other staff include:
Series Composition: Hoshizora Meteor, Okamura Tesai
Original Character Concept: Kuroboshi Kohaku
Character Design: Sasaki Keigo
Music: Kato Tatsuya

アジーン is most likely transliterates as Odin (один, "one" in English), and ドヴァーas Dva (два, "two" in English). And Plamya is also the Russian word, which means "flame", btw.

Interesting art style though those the character designs of the two chicks wearing basically nothing are utterly stupid. The loli is better because loli fuck yeah but the older-looking chick is...never mind.

When there is bad adaptation, who would you say is likely to bear more responsibility? The director? The series composition and the screenplay? The studio? I would say the studio is the least responsible party among the three choices.

Visuals look interesting, idk why 4/7 characters have to be lolis, but their costumes look cool though. Not really a fan of A-1 pictures (the only thing of theirs I've really enjoyed is Shinsekai) but the director intrigues me... I just hope it isn't another Gatchaman Crowds with horrible characters.

anyhow pretty interested in this, I think with a director like him on board there shouldn't be too many problems usually associated with A-1, especially since this will be a original series and A-1 is usually bad at adapting things, making it from scratch will probably rely mainly from the director
