Voice Actor Miyano Mamoru Gets Married

According to the official blog, a voice actor Miyano Mamoru gets married and becomes a father.

Miyano Mamoru played Yagami Light in "Death Note" and Setsuna F. Seiei in "Mobile Suit Gundam 00". He won the 2nd Voice Actors Award for the Best Leading Actor in 2008.

Actually, er, he's been married. The release was about the fact that he's going to be a father, I believe. Apparently he thought he was sterile, but now his wife is pregnant. Voice actors aren't supposed to publicized their private lives, so he wasn't open about his marriage before now.

Unfortunately, they have, or did. A lot of Mamo fangirls and "fake fans" posted some nasty comments about how he should have been infertile and cursed his wife and child. King Records took down the video before things got even uglier.

This is a definition of what a "fujoshi" is all about. Scary...

More scary is that some of these "fujoshi" are actually very good-looking ladies, yet the things that come out of their mouths would make most guys shake in fear. This is horrible!!!

Crap, I just realize something, I'm using vapid all wrong.
That's what I get for using an insult out of habit instead of looking it up.

Tasteless is only minor meaning of the term. Which I thought was it's main meaning.
It's more like crass to the point of boring and annoying. Emphasis on the lame and boring.

But in this case, since I feel that way about a lot of things, I'll be using it quite a lot in the future still.

Well these girls aren't boring. They're shockingly assholes.
Why are Japanese people often such assholes to their celebrities?
Here in America we only badtalk them if we never cared much about them to begin with. Fans are more loyal and less psycho.

It's one thing that his fangirls want him to be single again. That's understandable.
It's another thing they they're so cruel and vapid over it.

I hope to him a good marriage. And I hope for his fangirls to learn there is no such thing as truly taken. Or that they can at least move on to someone else.

Wow, that's really creepy. I'm a fan and have been since he did Kiba from Wolf's Rain... but some of that is just over the top.

Congratulations! I've been his fan since he played Tamaki in Host Club, so I'm really happy for him. Best wishes to him, his wife and his kid~
And he really was diagnosed as infertile, so the baby came as a huge surprise for him.

The niconico/2ch comments though... my opinion of the average otaku has decreased even further. Why would a fan honestly wish for his wife to have a miscarriage? Seriously. It's sad.
