New OVA of Pani Poni Dash! Announced

According to Monthly G Fantasy Magazine, the DVD-BOX of "Pani Poni Dash!" will include a new episode. It will be released in March 2009.

According to Hikawa Hekiru's blog, Shaft is now collecting the chalk board jokes from the readers of G Fantasy.

According to Hikawa-sensei's blog, it's a 30 minute single episode.
Pani Poni fans are taking this news as a sign of the second season, but who knows? Shaft currently has many anime projects:
Negima! OAD
Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei OAD
ef -tales of melodies-
Shina Dark
Bakenonogatari
So even if there is a plan for the second season, it won't be aired any soon.
