Oh! Great's New Manga 'Biorg Trinity' Announced

According to Ultra Jump December issue, Oh! Great's new manga series "Biorg Trinity" was announced to start from the next issue to be released on December 19th. Oh! Great will develop the story based on an original work by novel author Maijo Ohtaro (Wikipedia).

I liked Air Gear, it was so epic until it went confusing...

So is OG! doing the story or no?
I'm expecting this to be better than Air Gear, and the storyline a whole different level.
