Original Card Battle Anime 'Fantasista Doll' Announced

According to Newtype magazine, an original anime project "Fantasista Doll" was announced. Although Taniguchi Goro is the producer of the project, this work is unrelated to the previously announced cosplayer's anime.

I was expecting a skippable kids show but what I see is Zatch Bell with 100x the moe and is something I shouldn't skip.

Whoa! Super duper original!

With its staff and revelation in Newtype, it sounds like it's intended for older audiences as a late night anime. And I can't think of any card battle games focused on a majority/all female cast. Generally this "genre", if that's the right word, is more prevalent in children's shows, with the usual male-focused cast (perhaps there are some shoujo equivalents, though?). Many questions remain about the exact genre and target demographics and content, but the general idea could be reasonably original depending on how it pans out. But unfortunately people would rather jump to conclusions before anything more substantive is known, as usual.

you seriously think I mean all.... majority of anime these days is exactly that, panty shots, oversize boobs, if not, then cliche characters, no originality. rarely I will be treated to something new worth watching whilst most is garbage being thrown back and forth.

I didn't ask for anyone to care, but obviously people do if they are replying. It is what you say, after all this is a messageboard. Sadly anime these days resort to cheap tactics that would sell in Japan, the perverseness that exist there.
