I still have no idea why Japan is going crazy over this series.

thankyou zero.i keep asking that exact question. come on MAL!!!

I've been wondering the same thing for quite some time. I find it surprising that it has so much success in Japan but that we can't find anything about the author or the novels on English sites. It's been some months since the novels sold really well.

jikentecho = notebook case. I always thought "Jiken" meant event or incident.
Koshoten = Old rare bookstore

Judging by the illustrations and the bastardized google translator, the story seems to be based on a small quiet used bookstore run by a young beautiful woman. She seems very shy and anxious around customers. But she has a strong desire to understand old and rare books.

I want to read it just after looking at sales and cover. Seriously though, the info on that series is way too hard to obtain for something selling so good.

At least Durarara!!'s still up there...
Considering that volume came out May 10, that's pretty good.

Underrated, going to be good if it ever gets animated.

If Hidan no Aria sells this well then they should make another season.

The author says that more DVDs or Blue Rays have to be sold to make another season. I wish.

I believe that this series wiil turn into anime. Recently,there have been few novels such this as the hero is no hot-blood, does not train to be strong and the strongest from the beginning.

Koimono... Good to see all the weeaboo bungholes didn't lose faith in a great series after the anime adaption is Nisemono... Silly, silly butthurt... So, so much of which went around.

Can't wait for Koi and the best of the Bakemonogatari series to be turned into animu~~~ I'd rub mad tits to that no homo.

Glad to see Reki Kawahara's works doing well. Hope both adaptations would do well too. I really liked SAO LN's and Accel World looks good so far too.

Oh, Another is there, maybe the sequel will get animated, too?

Everyone wants to see a second season of Durarara!! and just where is it, come on, Japan.

The SAO anime didn't even air yet, I wonder how big the boost is going to be.
