Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei... my favorite anime currently! So, an OVA? A third season would be better...

Limited edition! That means you have to pre-order it or you won't get a copy unless someone else sells it to you USED?

I AM IN DESPAIR!!

I am living in a world without a 3rd season of SZS!

Unfortunately Koudansha accepts pre-orders only from Japan. If you really want the raw DVD with region code 2, I can intermediate the shipping.

i've kind of dropped ZSZS since a.f.k has pretty much stalled at ep 4 and no one else seems to be doing it :(

Actually anonymous and then later on some group calling themselves Volans have finished the series. Subs for episode 5 to 7 are barebones but 8 to 13 are just like a.f.k.

You can find them on http://www.tokyotosho.com/

5000 copies is actually pretty good. Rosario + Vampire is the only Gonzo series to break 5000 DVD copies sold in four years or something.

The sales of the first season was 6300-6800. So I think Shaft had expected 6000 or more for the second season. In the web radio program "Sayonara Zetsubou Housou", Kamiya Hiroshi said "DVD wa Amari Uretenai (The ZSZS DVDs are not sold well.)"

I beat Kasumisama to this? =o

Yay! Can't wait to see it, if I can.

Having to be at class/work all day has left me in despar! D:

This had better be Zoku 7 quality, or more despair is forthcoming.

Druaga was 26 episode series from the first but they split it into two to ease the production schedule. This irregurlar series organization is getting popular. You see it in Code Geass (26 x 2 seasons) and Gundam 00 (26 x 2).

Did we not notice DEEN doing this to all of their series last season>

More miserable titles
true tears 2100
Gunslinger Girl 2 1900
Mnemosyne 1500

Sales of 5000 copies is so so, I would say.

Turns out I was correct about True Tears being more popular outside Japan than within, though.

Same as above.

No wonder Mnemosyne sales are so crappy, it costs 5,800 yens for only one episode.

Not to mention it's like watching a bad porno with some action.

i have yet to finish the second season....i have to take it in slowly. normally i dont really like anime of this type but this one has been rather interesting enough to watch.
