Second Season of Cardfight!! Vanguard Announced

According to Famitsu, the second season of Cardfight!! Vanguard was announced at Bushiroad's live stage. New grown-up character designs of Aichi and Toshiki were revealed.

New character designs of Aichi and Toshiki for the second season

The four seiyu of Tantei Opera Milky Holmes will sing the fifth ED of Vanguard this winter. Tantei Opera Milky Holmes 2 will be aired from January 5th.

Oh my gosh, I am looking too forward to this, I find myself squeeling about Ren being on the team while rolling on my bed, what the heck.

And Kai's new design, oh my gosh ~

The only thing I am disappointed in is Aichi's new design, they could've at least made it cooler than Kamui's. >_>

Cardfight!! Vanguard started out as a bit of a laugh for me and quickly turned into a guilty pleasure. Honestly can't wait to see how the first season ends and then crack on with the second one.

Looking forward to this, and seeing if Kamui x Emi goes anywhere now that they're older XD
Kinda thought they were acting a little beyond themselves with the crush, and it seems like Kamui's followers let Emi into the know during the tournament, so kinda wondering how things will develop there.
And how Aichi will react to his fellow team member dating his little sister.

Well got a somewhat personal involvement in this, I work at a card shop, and I heard that Asia Circuit will be based in Singapore, so can't help but feel happy that the past few years culminated in such recognition for our community here... :3

I'm conflicted at this news actually. While I like Vanguard for being more realistic than YGO I'm not seeing a proper plot that would warrant another season. Not to mention Aichi and Kai look no different post-time skip. They'll probably just be taller than before. However, a post time skip Misaki..now that's something to show us ASAP.

Anyway, I started Vanguard on a whim and it's currently the only series besides Smile Precure that I follow weekly. I'll watch season two just for a continued feeling of nostalgia and probably closure depending on how season one ends.

If there aren't breaks, the firts season will end April 7th. This 2nd season will begin right after the end of the first one or we will have a break between the end of first season and the beginning of the second one?

Hell No... Ygo don't need remake... it's only need a Yu-gi-oh R ova, or Some Yugioh Gx Ova.

Vanguard is better than Yugioh... It more realestic... all the 4 yugioh series make the same bad thing again and again...

I like both series.... (all the 4 yugioh series is 8/10) But i think Vanguard much better....

Only 1 thing i dosent like in vanguard is.. Aichi some time very guy... But the other character is very nice... also the Dark aichi is very good to...
