Matsudo City Crime Prevention Poster Featuring Mahou Shoujo

According to Hatena Bookmark News, Matsudo city has made a poster featuring a Mahou Shoujo to publicize the Crime Prevention Week. The poster has been displayed at police stations, train stations and public facilities in the city from June 15th. Matsudo City asked a dojin illustrator to draw specifically a Mahou Shoujo to catch attentions of young people.

Well I immediately thought Madoka when I first saw the headline. Not sure in the sense of making this poster, but atleast the drawing looks nice.

i don't know how magical girls could stop crime in Japan... but if such a strategy can indeed do good in crime prevention, then how about replacing that mahou shoujo with Homura.. bet that'll scare the hell out of potential criminals...

but anyways, nice moe police there... XD
