Seems Crunchyroll will now be doing 14 instead of 13, wonder if that's what has been the cause of the delay for the 13th show.

Well the full list has been floating the net for a week or so already, and so far everything was correct. They have trailers for all Spring shows on their dailymotion page (Sengoku Otome, Showa Monogatari, 30-sai, Enma, Sofuteni and even Tiger & Bunny licensed by Viz as well), so it doesn't mean anything.

I wonder what the chances of Crunchy licensing Toriko are, seeing how they simulacast every otheer major Shounen Jump series apart from the Funimation-licensed One Piece.

No chance. The remaining 4 shows Crunchyroll will simulcast this season are Ao no Exorcist, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, Kami Nomi S2 and Anohana iirc.
Anohana seems to be correct, but I see a Maria Holic Alive PV on their Dailymotion page, which wasn't one of the shows you mentioned, nor is it one they have already announced.

I won't call on not getting Toriko, as it is in Dragonball Kai's (Funimation license) slot, and Viz have a chance of getting the license too

Yay Gintama is back! Honestly this is the one show which I enjoy even the fillers. Rumbel-subs isn't that bad, I prefer it to watching Crunchyroll, but I guess whatever is up will do :)

It's nice that Gintama got picked up, I was expecting it.

But I'm not too excited that Nichijou did. I'll probably just wait to download a fansub instead of a crunchy rip, because I don't like Crunchy's subs for Slice of Life/Comedy shows.
