More like the contest is rigged so people from these agencies can never win.

Some of those are veteran seiyuus that are quite likely to get an award, even if they didn't enter any contest (Norio Wakamoto, Nana Mizuki, Mamiko Noto, to take a few examples). This system allows for more inexperienced seiyuu to grab a prize for their efforts and I think that's only fair.

Also, do they actually refuse these awards, or is that merely a rumor? And even if they do, is it because they don't want the seiyuus to be awarded at all, or is it the seiyuus themselves who feel an award like this is not worth it and thus tell their agencies that they should refuse them?

they really made the characters alive by their voices!
for Aki Toyosaki, Great Job! you did a lot of voice acting in 2010 like 8-10 characters?!

but i'm wondering why there's no best male actor! feels weird.

The narrator in ookami-san is that pretty girl? I have no idea. seiyus are so talented

the voice actor for Hijikata and Zoro is there.. Yeah I like him, his voice is so sexy!lol

Toyosaki Aki is good. I like yui's singing tone tons more than Mio's.

Reason for no best actor award was because there were no actors that fits into the criteria. Duh.
